Return & Refund Policy

1 Quality Guarantee

DropshippingFactory quality Guarantee time is one month. When there is any quality problem within one month time from the delivery date, we will be responsible. It means if you received a defective or wrong order within 30 days from the date of delivery, we can remake and reship a new and good one for free. Or we can refund for full.

2 Color consistency

DropshippingFactory uses the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. But Multiple factors, like humidity in the room, can influence the color result. So not big color variation and within acceptable tolerance levels should be understood.

3 Sizing Issues

If you or your end buyer wants to change the size after parcel delivered, we are sorry DropshippingFactory can not accept. Because all customers come to our web to make their own unique design, your returned order can not be resold. There is the exact size chart in the web product description, so please check it carefully before placing orders.
If wrong size products are sent, please show us the real photos, we will check and then we can reship or refund on your behalf.

4 Parcel Lost Issues

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date. DropshippingFactory will be happy to send a replacement after checking the shipping address is right.

5 Return to Sender Policy

If the return is caused by wrong shipping address, or rejected and unclaimed by the Recipient, DropshippingFactory will not be responsible. You will be liable for the cost of the new order.
If the return is caused by us or unknown reasons, DropshippingFactory can remake and reship a new order for free.
